Commission Process

You are welcome to drop us a note if you have something special in mind...

When she is accepting commissions...
The commission process is simple and fun; we'll work directly on creating a custom piece for you.
What we need to start your commission process: dimensions of the art & reference photos- one or more of Lindsey's previous works that you like or want her to pull inspiration from for your art*. As little or as much info you would like for her to know is welcomed.

After we know the size and style of the piece you would like to commission, you will receive an estimate. If you accept the quote then you'll receive a commission sheet, which also serves as your invoice for a deposit (of 50%).
Once your deposit is received, you're on the commission roster!

During the process, you will receive a compositional sketch to approve and can request any changes at that time. Once approved, no compositional changes can be made- rendering and painting process begins. You are welcome to request certain colors and a progress photo of the painting.
Once the finished painting is approved, your balance is due, before the art ships.

*Note: In order to preserve the integrity and value of original works, Lindsey never duplicates works of art, but she will use previous works as a reference for your commission, if requested.
